We tried LexReception. Our clients hated them. Our staff hated them. They use call takers from India with very thick accents that barely speak English. They intentionally run up billable minutes to bilk you for more money. 1 minute and 1 second = 2 minutes with them. Then when you try to cancel, they don't follow their own terms of service which requires written notice. They instead try to force you to call them so they can try to waste your time saving the account. Avoid at all costs!
